How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your favorite items, choose any available options, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible at guidance@groakin.com.

Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

How can I check my order status?

After your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available) will be sent to you.
